Testing method:

  1. Application of food particles upon the internal surfaces
  2. Reactions of the food upon the "THERMO-CLIPPER®": (44 hours atroom temperature approx. +20°C)
  3. Rinsing process (Dish washer, with rinsing temperature of 82°C afterwards) 3 Series of tests with a rinsing duration of 2:30 min, 5:00 min, 10:00 min
  4. Microbiological examination- surface markings- surface dross- Evaluation (Number of living organisms colony forming units per 10 cm²)

Expert opinion

It is confirmed that the"THERMO-CLIPPER®" containerwhich was tested is suitable for thetransportation and storage of thefollowing foods under theafore mentioned test conditions:
  1. Packaged foods of all types
  2. Fruit and vegetables, unpacked
  3. Raw foods, unpacked,which are subjected to a subsequent heat treatment afterwards.
The container can be sufficiently well cleaned by means of a mechanical rinsing process following prior contamination with food particles such that contamination when using it once more for the transport of packaged foods is virtually impossible.(LSG-Hygiene Institute GmbH, 2.12.00)
